This chicken salad has been a lifesaver for me when I need something quick and easy for lunch or a mid-afternoon snack.

Ingredients


✔️chicken breast (cooked and diced)
✔️spinach (2 fists / packed cups)
✔️shredded carrots (1 fist / 1/2 cup)
✔️low-fat cheddar cheese (1/8 cup)
✔️healthier dressing of your choice (2 tbsp)⠀⠀

Instructions:

Throw everything together and bon a petit.
